1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the TyreForce UK website (tyreforce.co.uk) and our mobile tyre fitting services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
TyreForce provides mobile tyre fitting, repair, and related services at locations specified by the customer. We aim to attend within 30 minutes in covered areas, though this is a target and not a guarantee. Service availability depends on location, technician availability, and tyre stock.
3. Bookings & Quotes
Quotes provided by phone or online are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle, tyre size, or service required differs from what was described. We will always confirm the final price before proceeding. All prices include VAT where applicable.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel a booking at any time before the technician arrives at no charge. If the technician has already travelled to your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover travel costs. We will inform you of any such fee before applying it.
5. Tyre Warranties
New tyres come with the manufacturer's warranty. Puncture repairs are guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) when performed to British Standard BSAU 159. Our fitting workmanship is guaranteed â if a wheel nut loosens or a tyre deflates due to incorrect fitting within 7 days, we will re-attend at no charge.
6. Liability
TyreForce carries full public liability insurance. We accept liability for damage directly caused by our technicians' negligence during the provision of services. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing vehicle defects not caused by our work
- Damage caused by road hazards after service completion
- Consequential losses arising from tyre failure
- Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
7. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide a safe, accessible location for the technician to work. The vehicle must be on firm, level ground. If the location is unsuitable, the technician may need to recommend an alternative location. You confirm that you are the registered keeper (or authorised person) of the vehicle being serviced.
8. Old Tyre Disposal
Unless otherwise agreed, we dispose of old tyres in accordance with UK environmental regulations. There is no additional charge for disposal of up to 4 tyres per service visit.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
